With 18 years of experience in banking, including 16 years in senior management positions at TBC Bank, Levan has built a strong financial foundation. He has over 10 years of experience in implementing successful investment projects across multiple industries. Levan holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School / Reading University in Great Britain.

Ivane Vakhtangishvili
Member of Supervisory Board
Ivane Vakhtangishvili is an accomplished banking professional with 30 years of experience, including 25 years in senior management positions. Between 1998 and 2005, he served as the Vice President of the National Bank of Georgia, and from 2001 to 2004, he was the head of the Basel International Group for Banking Supervision.
Ivane's expertise also extends to international banking; he worked as an advisor to the Chairman of Halyk Bank Kazakhstan from 2006 to 2008, and from 2008 to 2020, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Halyk Bank Georgia. Ivane holds a Bachelor's degree from Tbilisi State University and a Master's degree from Moscow Lomonosov University.

Archil Melikadze is a highly accomplished professional with 25 years of experience in leadership positions across various sectors, including banking, telecom, retail, and business services. Since 2015, he has been the CFO and Deputy CEO of Georgia's largest steel manufacturer, showcasing his financial and operational expertise.Throughout his career, Archil has successfully executed numerous privatization, corporate restructuring, and business portfolio development projects, making him a skilled strategist and problem solver.
Archil holds a Master's Degree in Finance and Economics from Columbia University (USA) and a Ph.D. in Physics from the Georgian Academy of Science (Georgia). His diverse educational background is a testament to his adaptability and commitment to continuous learning in various fields.
Rati Morchiladze
Chief Investment Officer
Rati Morchiladze has 5 years of financial and project management experience across renewable energy, agriculture, and finance industries. From 2019 to 2022, he served as the CEO of GeorgianBlue, the largest blueberry grower in Georgia.
He also served as the CEO of LLC Megamining, an industrial and precious metals exploration company from 2018 to 2022.
Since 2021, Rati has been a part of Foresight team, initially as Investment Officer and now as the Chief Investment Officer.
Rati holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern California (USA). He is also a CFA Level II Candidate.
Veko Dodashvili
Chief Legal & Corporate Officer
Veko Dodashvili is an experienced lawyer with 13 years of practice in both international and local law firms, as well as in private, public and international organizations. She has held managerial positions since 2017.
Veko currently is a guest lecturer at various law faculties in Georgia, sharing her knowledge with future legal professionals. She is a certified mediator and a member of the Ethics Committee of the Association of Mediators in Georgia.At present, Veko is a doctoral student at Tbilisi State University, pursuing a degree in International Investment Law. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Law from Tbilisi State University. Her academic training also includes programs at Vilnius University and the European School of Law, as well as the legal certification program at Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
